Return Policy

There is no return on custom artworks as they are artworks made specifically to you upon request but exchange is acceptable (read conditions below).
There is no return on prints on paper and prints on canvas as I don’t print them myself.
If there is something wrong with the print or painting please contact me to osnat [at] osnatfineart.com so we can solve the problem.
Exchange is accepted on already-created originals, with the following guidelines:
- - You must contact me within three (3) business days, from the date the artwork is received on your end. I will then provide you with the shipping details.
- - Exchange is done with paintings of similar value.
- - It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping of the returned painting. Painting must be packaged properly (similar to the way it was shipped) and insured.
- - Posters and embellished prints are non-returnable.
In the event of damage during shipping I will ask you to take photos of the artwork, including the box and email it to me to osnat [at] osnatfineart.com
Pls. keep the shipping package for insurance references as I will have to email the damage photos from different angles (inside and outside) to activate the insurance. I will then give you two options, full refund less shipping cost fees back to me or a new painting :-)
